ASUS teases 2 new phones for ‘Zennovation’ CES 2017 event [Video]

ASUS holds a CES press conference pretty much every year, and this year won’t be any different. The Taiwanese company is planning their big event for January 4th, and if a new teaser video the company published today is to be believed, ASUS has — at the very least — two different phones to show off…

According a report from earlier this year, ASUS has a Google Tango-enabled phone in the plans for CES. That Tango phone is going to be dubbed “ZenFone AR,” ASUS CEO Jerry Shen apparently told Digitimes last month:

The ZenFone AR will come with advanced functionality and performance at a competitive price, Shen said without providing further details.

We’re also anticipating the ZenFone 4 at some point, but we don’t have any reason to believe that ASUS will use its CES stage to show off that device. There will probably be two phones, though, as evidenced in the below video. Briefly at the end, you can see one device sporting an upside-down “V” and another with an infinity symbol.
