Google Fi promo takes 10% off new line for 2 years

Google is emailing some Fi Wireless subscribers with a pretty notable promo code offer that gives them “10% off a new line for 2 years.”

This Google Fi offer involves adding a new Unlimited Plus number to your existing plan and getting 10% off that line every month for two years: “Bill credits provided ratably over 24 monthly bill cycles, are applied to service costs (e.g. data, calls, texts and device financing), are non-transferable, and are not valid for cash or cash equivalent.”

This offer is available until March 12, 2024 at 9:59 AM PST (or while supplies last), and requires a “unique, eligible, active promo code applied at checkout” that was sent over email today.

Cancellation, pause or suspension of Fi plan (or line for group plan member) will void unearned bill credits, and outstanding financing amounts will be charged to the Google Pay account.

Other things to note include:

  • Tax on the pre-credit price will not be included in the promotional value.
  • Unused monthly bill credits will not roll over to future months.
  • Offer is not transferable from the person who activated the device and is not valid for cash or cash equivalent.
  • If Fi determines that this offer is used in connection with abuse, misuse, or fraud, the credited amount will be charged to your Google Pay account.

Google Fi’s Unlimited Plus costs $65 for 1 member, $55 for 2, $45 for 3, or $40 for 4-6. You get unlimited data that slows after 50GB with unlimited hotspot tethering as part of that, with smartwatches included. There’s also 1 year of YouTube Premium and 100GB of Google One cloud storage.

International features include data/calls/texts in the US, Canada, and Mexico and free data and texts when traveling abroad. You also get free calling to over 50 destinations.
