Motorola teases ‘every detail’ about Razr Fold is coming next week

Motorola has done well with its flip phone Razr series in recent years, but the company revealed at CES 2026 last month that it would enter the book-style category with the Razr Fold due out later this year. It looks promising, and apparently we’ll be getting more details at MWC 2026 next week.

In its initial Razr Fold preview, Motorola showed off the hardware of the book-style foldable, which looks pretty darn good. It’s surprisingly thin, well designed, and feels kind of like a middle ground between the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Even without a ton of core details, we walked away impressed.

But the rest of the story is apparently landing next week.

In a teaser, Motorola says that it is “past the preview” and that “every detail” about the Razr Fold will be revealed on March 2. That’s this coming Monday, and right in the midst of MWC 2026 in Barcelona. We’ll be on the ground for the show, and needless to say, pretty excited to learn more about Razr Fold. Presumably, we’ll be getting some more details on specs and maybe a release date.

Motorola’s move into book-style foldables comes at a good time, as the category is expected to beat out flip phones in the near future.
