Ahead of its formal launch, Walmart’s new Onn 4K Pro Google TV box is starting to show up in stores and online, revealing all of the key details.
Walmart’s Onn device launches are messy, to say the least. Just looking at the Google TV products, we’ve often seen new devices show up in stores, with people able to buy the product, before a website listing goes up or an announcement is made. That pattern is repeating itself with the new Onn 4K streaming stick and the new Onn 4K Pro models.
This week, one early buyer managed to get the 2026 refresh of Onn 4K Pro from their local Walmart and, alongside that, the website listing has also appeared. That link won’t work for everyone, but if you switch your location to where a local store is already stocking the device, the listing lights up with full details available. As such, we’ve been able to pull the full details around the new Onn 4K Pro Google TV box.

Walmart appears to have two color variants this year, one black and one in a gray that reminds us of some of Google’s early Home speakers, especially the Home Mini. The listing confirms details we’d heard already, such as 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a remote included with Find My Remote functionality and a backlight.
Other supported features include Dolby Vision HDR support and Matter over Thread, allowing the new Onn 4K Pro to double as a hub for smart home devices.
Ports include Ethernet (100MBps), USB-A (USB 2.0, a downgrade from the prior generation), USB-C for power (switching from a barrel plug), and HDMI out.

Also returning is “hands-free voice control,” aka always-listening farfield microphones built into the set-top box, allowing it to double as a Gemini smart speaker. There’s a mute switch on the back.
The device is listed for $59.88.

Walmart’s listing explains Onn 4K Pro as follows:

Our most powerful streaming device now offers a sleek new design that delivers uncompromising performance and stunning visuals, transforming your TV into a premium entertainment hub. Powerful performance with 3GB of RAM, is 50% more than the 4K Plus model, for super smooth app performance, fast navigation, and seamless multitasking. Enjoy incredibly smooth, buffer-free streaming and gaming with blazing-fast Wi-Fi 6 Connectivity or use the optional Ethernet Port for the fastest, reliable connectivity. Store even more of what you love with the expansive 32GB of storage, double the storage of the onn 4K Plus, so you can download more apps, games, and content. Navigating your entertainment is effortless with Google TV…
The listing also has a comparison table against the rest of Walmart’s Google TV lineup, showing this is the only device with certain features such as Find My Remote.

As mentioned, Walmart’s device launches are messy, so it’s hard to know exactly when this device will actually go on sale to everyone. In the meantime, you can try your luck at your local Walmart store. But, if history serves as an example, the new Onn 4K Pro is likely to go on sale in the next couple of weeks.
