Samsung’s new Galaxy Note 4 promo asks if you’re ‘ready to note?’ (video)

Note-4

Samsung is expected to unveil its highly anticipated Galaxy Note 4 on September 3rd during its Unpacked event at IFA in Berlin and today the company planted a small seed hinting at the arrival of its big device. In a new teaser video focusing on the importance of handwriting, Samsung shows examples of children defacing furniture with markers, engineers drafting blueprints with pencils and composers inking music notes with quills.

Set to a classy soundtrack, the marketing piece advances to someone aggressively writing what looks like a formula on a blackboard with a piece of chalk and calms down a bit with a beachgoer sketching out the word “love” in a patch of sand. The video then breaks to a shot of the S Pen and different people jotting down memos on the what looks like the Galaxy Note 3. The spot ultimately comes to a close with a reference to Samsung’s upcoming event and the video’s narrator saying: “September 3rd, ready to note?”

We’ll find out in just 12 days, but until then, check out the video and let us know your thoughts on Samsung’s next big thing.
