A little over two months ago, LG announced three new affordable tablets. Among this trio of slates was an entry-level slab called the LG G Pad 7.0 and according to @evleaks, the device is heading to AT&T. As suggested by its name, LG’s small tablet features a 7-inch display (1,280 X 800), a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
Not exactly a Nexus 7 killer, LG’s budget-friendly slate usually retails for $150, but with added LTE radios, we’re likely to see some type of price increase. Sine the G Pad 7.0’s WiFi-only model is already on the market, we’d expect to see LG’s carrier-connected variant on go on sale sometime soon.
