In this week’s top stories: Specs for the rumored HTC ‘Sailfish’ Nexus device leak, more on the OnePlus 3, Google’s new Prompt two-factor feature, we review Sony’s Xperia X, and much more.

We kick things off with the latest Android stories, which make up the majority of this week’s top stories. Leaked specs for the rumored HTC ‘Sailfish’ Nexus device, Google’s new Prompt two-factor feature for Android and iOS, and more on the OnePlus 3 controversies following its launch last week.

There were also new details this week for Xiaomi’s Mi5sSamsung’s Galaxy S8, and the Moto Z, and Google introduced the Android Basics Nanodegree, a set of Android dev courses for novices.

We move onto some company news with Google’s vision of machine-learning and the addition of heath conditions in search results. And word arrived this week that Google Fiber is set to acquire gigabit internet provider Webpass.

Google gave us an interesting look at the Brexit story through searches made during the vote, and we also detailed the company’s real-life version of Asimov’s three laws of robotics for safe & reliable AI.
