Quick unboxing of the Moto Z Droid and Moto Z Force Droid [Video]

We’re hard at work on our full review of Lenovo’s upcoming Moto Z and and Moto Z Force (coming next week!), but for now you’re going to have to settle for some quick unboxing footage. Follow after the break for the video, in which we disassemble the packing for Lenovo’s latest flagship…

In case you’ve been out of the loop, the Moto Z is the thinner and truer flagship with a quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB or 64GB of storage, and a 5.5-inch quad HD AMOLED display. You’ll also find a and a 13MP camera with laser-assist and phase detection autofocus, as well as a 2600mAh to power it all. The Force edition comes with a shatterproof screen, a 21MP main sensor, and a larger 3500mAh battery.

The two phones ship with the phone itself (duh), a style mod (in the case of the black model you get a black wood cover), the usual documentation, a USB Type-C to 3.5mm audio jack adapter (because the phones forgo an actual headphone jack), a nice plastic SIM removal tool, and of course an AC adapter. The Moto Z ships with the Turbo Power 15 adapter, while the Z Force ships with a Turbo Power 30 (to facilitate its larger battery).

Be sure to check out our hands-on with the Moto Z and the Moto Mods, and don’t forget to ask us any questions if you have them!
