LG V20 arrives at T-Mobile on October 28th, but price is still a mystery

After being unveiled at IFA 2016, LG’s impressive V20 smartphone is set to make its debut on T-Mobile on October 28th. The V20 will launch on T-Mobile as the first smartphone with full compatibility with Band 66 which the carrier uses for its AWS-3 network.

Along with that, early V20 adopters will be able to take advantage of a special V20 promotion which gifts a set of B&O BeoPlay H3 headphones, a $150 value, for free with the device. Stock is limited, but these headphones should go along great with the built-in DAC on the V20.

The LG V20 should be a great option for T-Mobile customers, especially with the concern surrounding the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. With a 5.7-inch display, Snapdragon 820, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, dual 16MP/8MP rear cameras, and a removable 3,200 mAh battery, the V20 is certainly a beast on paper.

T-Mobile CEO John Legere had the following to say regarding the V20:

LG’s V20 raises the bar again, and Android fans are gonna flip when they use this phone on our unlimited, blazing-fast network. With T-Mobile ONE, your V20 is fully unleashed, so you can binge, jam, scope, snap—and whatever else you love—completely unlimited on America’s fastest 4G LTE network.

Unfortunately, T-Mobile had nothing to say as far as pricing is concerned. We’d guess that the phone will fall somewhere between $650 and $750 (much like Google’s Pixel devices), but nothing has been confirmed yet. At least we finally know when we can buy the phone though…
