First, you have to know what apps you’re going to want on your lockscreen. Unfortunately, you’re limited to two apps, so you’re going to have to be selective.

2. Add app shortcuts

Next, head into your Galaxy S9/S9+’s settings menu by pulling down the notification shade and tapping on the gear icon. From there, select Lock screen and security and then App shortcuts.

Here, you will be shown a preview of your lockscreen and the options to place an app on the left and right side. When you choose one of the options, you will be greeted with a list of every app installed on your handset. Select one, and it will be added to your lockscreen.
