Walmart appears to be doubling the price of its most affordable Google TV streaming stick, following price hikes to other parts of its lineup in recent months.
As everything gets more expensive – thanks to AI – Walmart has been quietly upping the price of some of its Google TV hardware. The new Onn 4K Pro, still hard to find in stock, is $10 more than the last generation, and Onn 4K Plus saw the same jump in cost earlier this year.
Now, it’s affecting the base model too.
The Onn FHD streaming stick with Google TV launched back in 2023 for a mere $15. It jumped up to just shy of $20 a few months after launching, jumping back and forth between the two prices in the time since.
Suddenly, it’s $30.
While logged-in users are still largely seeing a $14.88 sale price for the Onn FHD streaming stick with Google TV, Walmart shows a new retail price of $29.88 for the product to signed-out accounts. This is the same thing we saw happen a few months ago to the 4K Plus model, so it’s likely that this is indeed the new price for this streamer going forward.

That still serves as the entry point for the whole lineup. The new 4K streaming stick comes in at just shy of $40, and the Pro at $60. The Onn 4K Plus, $50, has been out of stock for weeks now, and the 2023-released 4K box has been unavailable for much longer now.
