Android Experiments winners include an autonomous tracking robot, notification cards game and 3D controller

Three winners would win a trip to this year’s Google I/O conference, including a $5,000 budget towards lodging and food, while five runners-up would each receive a Nexus 6P. You can now make your own Android-powered smart mirror, source code available on GitHub

Earlier this year, Googler Max Braun created a bathroom mirror that essentially displays Google Now cards and other useful ambient information. In a post, he detailed the basic hardware setup and the Android and third-party APIs behind it. Now, Smart Mirror is an Android Experiment with the source code available on GitHub.
