Vine today announced that it is rolling out an update to its iOS and Android apps that add adds several new features. Biggest of all, the update introduces Loop Counts. This is a feature that will show how many times a Vine has been played. The number will update in real time, both on the web and within the mobile apps.

The update is also introducing a redesigned Home Feed for the apps that offers bigger edge-to-edge videos and a cleaner view of likes and comments. Finally, the Activity Feed has also been revamped with a separation between new and old activity, in addition to notifications for when your Vine hits milestones such as 25 or 100 likes.

The update is rolling out now to Android and iOS. Take a look at how the new Loop Count feature works below:
