PSA: Google just added ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story’ stickers to Allo

If you actually use Google’s new messaging app Allo, then you’re probably on the technologically-savvy side. And if you’re on the technologically-savvy side, you likely have at least one bone in your body that appreciates Star Wars. So I guess this new mashup between Allo and the forthcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story film makes sense. Google seems to think so.

The company announced today that the new Star Wars stickers should start showing up in Google Allo starting today:

Between AT-ATs, TIE fighters, a new droid, and of course Darth Vader himself — there are a lot of reasons to look forward to “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,” in theaters on December 16. Starting today, exclusive stickers are available in Google Allo to help you prepare for the newest “Star Wars” adventure.

Here’s what they look like in their full (and animated) resolution:

In other recent Allo updates, Google a few weeks ago added the expected background themes, emoji suggestions, and some Fantastic Beasts stickers. Google also added support for Brazilian Portuguese and Hindi in Google Assistant and Smart Reply in Allo.

You can check out all of this and more by downloading Allo from the Play Store for free.
