Samsung-Exynos

Samsung may be gearing up to announce its next-generation Exynos SoC. Today, the company published a message on one of its official Twitter accounts saying “tomorrow we have something new and exciting to show you. Stay tuned!” The post also included a hashtag “#ExynosTomorrow.”

Historically, the South Korean electronics manufacturer has produced its own chips for its mobile devices, however the firm has also used the Exynos platform in Chromebooks as well. If a new Exynos chip is announced tomorrow, there’s a good chance that it’ll eventually be utilized by a smartphone or tablet, but until we hear something official, we’ll be keeping an open mind.
