Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE looks like a barely downgraded S25+ in latest leaks

Samsung might have just launched the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Flip 7 to fairly positive reviews, but that doesn’t mean the company is staying quiet ahead of the holiday shopping season. In addition to a whole slate of tablets and the brand’s first-ever tri-fold smartphone, we’re also expecting something a little less innovative — and a whole lot cheaper — in the Galaxy S25 FE.

Latest Pixel 10 series leak shows off every color option from every possible angle

We’ve got a little more than a week to go until the official unveiling of the Pixel 10 series, but like most of the company’s launches, it’s starting to feel like we’ll know everything about Google’s new smartphones before anyone actually walks out on stage. If you already know you’re buying a Pixel 10 but you’re stuck on color choices, this might be the leak you’ve been waiting for.

Google Pixel 10 and its Qi2 magnets could be the perfect device to revive the magic of Moto Mods

While every leaked render and marketing tease for Google upcoming smartphone launch might make the Pixel 10 feel like a year-old rerun, the devil’s seemingly in the details. Even setting aside the usual round of software enhancements — only some of which have just begun to leak — it’s clear Google does have some hardware tricks up its sleeve Chief among them is native Qi2 support, which should bring support for magnetic chargers, wallets, stands, and much more to every device in the Pixel 10 lineup.

Pixelated 065: A Pixel pre-order pickle

Welcome to episode 65 of Pixelated, a podcast by 9to5Google. This week, Damien, Abner, and Will take a break from talking about the endless onslaught of Pixel 10 renders to take in a more zoomed-out look at Google’s current ecosystem. As the company starts advertising the Pixel 10 series, new reports suggest we might be waiting a few months for the Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and the Pixel Buds 2a. Meanwhile, the company’s decision to stop selling refurbished Pixel 6a models has us thinking about hardware longevity compared to software longevity, and how the two sometimes collide in unexpected ways.

Google is working on adding Samsung’s default navigation bar layout to Pixel phones

Samsung and Google might utilize the same operating system for their respective smartphones, but the end user experience can vary wildly between both brands, and nowhere is that more obvious that with the default navigation bar layout in One UI. A future update, though, could allow Pixel users to recreate a Galaxy-style setup, no rooting required.

Samsung’s Galaxy S26 Edge could pack its larger battery into a 5.5mm chassis

Samsung is reportedly planning a pretty big shakeup for next year’s lineup of flagship smartphones, including a move to replace the typical ‘Plus’ model with a follow-up to the Galaxy S25 Edge. Now, we’re learning just how slim the Galaxy S26 Edge might get — and how much of a battery upgrade might come with it.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 is as repair-unfriendly as you’d probably expect

Samsung’s latest foldable might be surprisingly resilient to a stress test, but durability doesn’t always translate over to repairability. The crew at iFixit have finally gotten their hands on the Galaxy Z Fold 7, and to absolutely no one’s surprise, that slim chassis doesn’t quite make for a quick and simple teardown.

Motorola’s new ‘Brilliant Collection’ infuses its cheapest Razr with Swarovski crystals

Samsung’s clamshell might have held the spotlight more recently, but that doesn’t mean Motorola is taking the challenge lying down. Months after releasing its latest Razr lineup, the brand has partnered with jewelry brand Swarovski to create a flashier variant of its most affordable foldable — and Motorola says this is only the beginning.

Pixelated 064: Oh snap, Pixel 10 has magnets

Welcome to episode 64 of Pixelated, a podcast by 9to5Google. This week, Abner and Will make up for Damien’s absence by discussing the latest crop of Pixel leaks, including US pricing for the phones and watch that seemingly avoids tariff-mania. It’s not just prices, though — a new “Pixelsnap” leak all but confirms the native Qi2 support we’ve been begging for for years, while a new Pixel Buds 2a leak points towards a pretty familiar set of earbuds.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is coming at the exact wrong time for Google — and foldables

In just a few short weeks, Google will take the stage in New York to finally unveil the Pixel 10 series. Everything we’ve seen about these devices so far — and we’ve seen plenty — suggests a lineup that is, in some ways, frustratingly familiar to last year’s devices. There’s nothing wrong with a “tock” year, of course, where Google can catch its breath after last year’s massive leap in both presentation and build quality. But unlike with the standard Pixel 10, this year’s foldable might end up take the brunt of the blowback from this decision.

Meta might be making another smartwatch, and it still has a camera

While its name might point to a mostly-abandoned push into the metaverse, Meta’s found itself in the midst of a wearable revolution, thanks to both its smart glasses partnership with Ray-Ban and, of course, the Quest lineup of VR headsets. Now, several years after initially cancelling its first-ever smartwatch, Meta might be looking to give wrist-based gadgets another go.

Samsung is gearing up for the death of the S Pen, whether you like it or not

It’s a bad time to be an S Pen fan — or, at least, that’s what Samsung’s not-so-quietly communicating to one of its most devoted bases. The company that practically invented the “phablet” has spent 2025 trying to leave behind (or, at the very least, downplay) one of the very things that brought it success in the first place. I’m worried the writing is on the wall for the S Pen, and it’s only going to grow bleaker from here.
