Back in June, Google announced a new Editors’ Choice section for the Play Store. Besides topical curated lists of apps and games, Google Play also publishes a quarterly collection of the absolute best Android experiences, with the latest one now available.
After discontinuing the Top Developers badge last month, Google is now launching a successor to recognize the best apps and games in the Play Store. These Android Excellence collections are located in a revamped Editors’ Choice section that includes more editorial.
