As Pixel 10 devices are arriving on doorsteps this week, some of the early issues are coming to light. For a number of Pixel 10 owners, some wireless chargers seem to be presenting an issue.

Yes, you read that correctly. Google’s lineup of Pixelsnap cases for the Pixel 10 series actually fit the Pixel 9. However, it’s not quite a perfect fit.

The Pixel 10 feels like the biggest, broadest step into its own space since the introduction of the Pixel Pro lineup and the base model. It not only sits in the “best” position it can, but it is not as easy to recommend as I had initially hoped.

Google’s Pixel 10 series finally brings proper support for Qi2 with magnets, but with the caveat that the latest version and its 25W charging is only available on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Now, we’re seeing which Qi2 version the rest of the Pixel 10 lineup supports, and it’s unexpected.

The Pixel 10 series might’ve been unveiled two days ago, but we’re still learning about some of Google’s latest features. Today’s announcement comes hand-in-hand with WhatsApp, as the two companies are bringing voice and video calls over satellite as an initial exclusive.

If you’re looking to pre-order one of Google’s new smartphones, there are plenty of places to score a deal, either through retailers or through your carrier.

The new Pixel 10 series brings something we’ve been dying to see on big-name Android devices – Qi2 compatibility. That means there’s a high chance your MagSafe accessories will work with Google’s new Pixel 10 phones, even if they’re not technically Qi2-compatible.
