Acer Chromebook Spin 514 start from $309

Best Buy is now offering the Acer Ryzen 5 Chromebook Spin 514 for $379 shipped. This is now down from the usual $629 price tag and marking a new all-time low. The $250 discount is one of the first we’ve seen period, too. You can also save the same $250 on the Ryzen 3 model of the Chromebook Spin 514. This model drops down the specs, but also the price tag with a discount to $309. You’d more regularly pay $559, while now being able to lock-in the second-best price to date.

The Acer Chromebook Spin 514 arrives as one of the only AMD Ryzen-powered machines on the market from the Chrome OS world, and now two different configurations are on sale. In either case, there’s a 14-inch touchscreen display with 1080p panel that comes powered by one of the AMD chips. The Ryzen 5 version packs 8GB of DDR4 RAM as well as 128GB of SSD storage, while its Ryzen 3 counterpart drops the storage down to 64GB.

Moment debuts new Google Pixel 8/Pro cases from $42

Moment is getting in on the Google event day action with the reveal of its latest covers. The new Moment Pixel 8 and 8 Pro cases debut with the usual grippy, photography-focused designs we’ve come to expect, including support for the Moment smartphone lenses. Magnetic features are available for using MagSafe mounts and other accessories, and there’s also a launch discount.

The new Moment Pixel 8 case is now available for pre-order direct from the company’s storefront. They’re expected to begin shipping next month and are sold with a $49.99 retail price tag. There’s a special launch discount right now that drops each of the covers down to $42.49.

Motorola’s MA1 wireless Android Auto adapter hits lowest price in months

Amazon is now offering one of the best prices yet on the Motorola MA1 Wireless Android Auto Car Adapter. Now on sale for $69.99 shipped, today’s offer lands from the usual $90 price tag in order to mark the lowest discount since it was on sale back in January. We last saw it on sale back in August for $5 more, for comparison. Motorola’s MA1 adapter upgrades your car and its existing entertainment unit’s Android Auto support with wireless connectivity. So instead of having to physically plug your smartphone in each time you get in the car, this add-on will let you pair wirelessly for a more seamless experience. It plugs into your ride via USB-A, and we cover what to expect from the experience in our hands-on review.

Samsung Frame 4K AirPlay 2 TVs from $418

Woot is now discounting the entire lineup of Samsung Frame 2022 4K Smart TVs. Across seven different sizes of home theater upgrade, the savings now start at $418 for the 32-inch TV. Shipping is free across the board for Prime members, with a $6 fee applying otherwise. The smallest model of the bunch drops down from the usual $598 price tag in order to deliver $180 in savings. It’s one of the best we’ve ever seen, too, clocking in at $12 under our previous mention. Below the fold we break down all of the other sizes in the sale and just how the up to $1,600 in savings stacks up.

Taking a distinct design approach from other TVs on the market, Samsung’s Frame TV arrives with a sleek design that trades in your usual black plastic bezels for a more streamlined appearance that is designed to look more like a picture frame than a home theater upgrade. Fittingly for its name, that allows you to hang the 4K HDR QLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate up on the wall, while also taking advantage of the digital picture frame tech that shows off both personal photos and gallery-quality artwork.

Save 20% on Spigen’s OneTap Auto-Clamp car mounts

Spigen’s official Amazon storefront now offers its OneTap 15W Auto-Clamp Dashboard Car Mount for $40. This is down from the usual $50 price tag and marking one of the first chances to save. It’s 20% off, and is also a new all-time low. This adjustable car mount can position itself on your ride’s dashboard or windshield in order to keep a smartphone in-view during drives. It has an articulating arm with a suction cup base, as well as the more unique feature of a clamp that can automaticaly detect your phone and close around it for one-handed usage. This OneTap mount can also charge your iPhone at 7.5W speeds, or Android handset at 15W.

If you can live without the dashboard design, Amazon is also marking down the air vent version of Spigen OneTap car mount. This model delivers all of the same tech, just with a different mounting system into your ride. It’ll work with just about every air vent design out there, and allows you to position your iPhone or Android device in-view for checking in on map directions or music playback without looking away from the road. It’s now on sale for $32, down from $40.
