Pushbullet, the service that easily lets you send files and links around to all of your devices, just today got a huge update for Android that brings—yes, you guessed it—Material design. And with such a redesign, the way the app works has been overhauled from the ground up, bringing faster and easier navigation and sorting of pushes.
A big part of the new update is the new drawer, which provides quick access to all of the most crucial parts of the app. From here, you can access the pushes screen, channels, quickly add friends, and more. The drawer also gives you quick access to the apps settings, and Pushbullet says they hope you’ll use the “Send Feedback” button at the bottom to let them know what you think of the new design.
Filtering pushes from the right drawer is also much easier, and Pushbullet has brought two brand new features to this menu. First, you’ll find that you now have an easy look at pushes from yourself, your contacts, or your favorite channels, and a convenient search button that lets you look for devices, friends, or channels. Other parts of the app, like the pushing and settings screens, have also been redesigned.
The update is available now on the Play Store.
