After leaking a clear image of the black model yesterday, prolific leaker @evleaks has posted a render of the upcoming Nexus 5 in a white color option. As can be seen in the image above, the white model is actually a two-tone device: a black front, a white back, and black accents around the sides and rear-camera system…
Overall, this color option seems to present something unique beyond the usual all-black devices. In addition to the render, @evleaks hints that the device will launch on November 1st, but the tweet does not specify if that means it will be announced or available on that date (or both).
The Nexus 5 previously (briefly) showed up on Google’s own Play Store, and that glitch tells us that the device will come in a 16GB capacity for $349 (likely unlocked). Purported benchmarks of the device indicate that it will sport a graphics engine that compares to Apple’s iPhone 5s. An in-depth video of the Nexus 5 has also showed off some of its new KitKat functionality.
