With I/O 2017 starting next week, Google has finally updated the official conference app on Android. Convenient for watching livestreams, it is most useful for conference attendees with the ability to reserve seats at sessions.

Google announces Developer Keynote, reserved seating, more Office Hours at I/O 2017
With I/O 2017 three weeks away, Google is announcing some improvements to the format of its annual developer conference. In addition to larger venues for sessions, attendees will be able to reserve seating and take advantage of twice as many Office Hours.
