Android might not be an official mobile branch to any desktop operating system — not yet, at least — but the past decade or so has seen plenty of first and third-party integrations with Windows. WhatsApp users might be next in line for a big desktop upgrade, as it could be the next service to see native support for Microsoft’s “Cross-Device Resume” feature.

Ahead of its March 5 launch event, Nothing has just revealed the first official image of the Nothing Phone (4a), and it looks surprisingly, refreshingly normal.

Samsung’s phones are now seeing an update with its latest security fixes and improvements. The February 2026 update is rolling out to most of Samsung’s newest devices, including the Galaxy TriFold, which still isn’t quite back in stock.

Motorola’s track record for Android updates is… bad, but there’s at least one thing improving. For the third year in a row, Motorola’s Razr phones have been updated earlier than their predecessors, with Android 16 now headed to Razr (2025) and Razr Ultra.

For all we know about the upcoming Nothing Phone (4a) series, the look remains a complete mystery. That’s continuing with the latest teaser, where we learn that Nothing Phone (4a) will have a “Glyph Bar” instead of a rear display.

After a false start back in January, Samsung has re-announced its Bixby reboot, which delivers more AI and will go live in One UI 8.5.

In November, Call Recording for the Pixel Phone app began rolling out broadly, and it’s now getting international availability.
