HTC apparently in talks to license its brand to smartphone makers in India

HTC is barely a shadow of the smartphone maker it once was, and as it continues to fade from consumer memory, it seems the company has a new effort in the works to keep the brand alive. Apparently, HTC is talking to smartphone makers in India regarding licensing its brand out.

Google Duo will be preloaded on upcoming Micromax 4G LTE phones in India

Google Duo has been downloaded over 10 million times since it launched last month and is about to get many more users. According to a report from NDTV, Google is partnering with handset maker Micromax to preload the video calling app on four upcoming phones as part of a promotion.
