Samsung shares ‘Tablet Realities’ ads for Galaxy Tab S (Video)

Samsung shared a few new ads today for the new Galaxy Tab S series of tablets, that it officially launched back in June. The tablet, which comes in 8.4-inch and 10.5-inch variants, includes a 2560×1600 Super AMOLED display and that is the focus of the marketing message in two of today’s ads titled “Mom” and “Artist”. The other ad, titled “Judge”, shows off the tablet’s multitasking features. Read more

Samsung mocks iPad Air & iPhone’s screen size in new Galaxy Tab Pro & Note 3 ads (Video)

Like it has done on several occasions in the past, Samsung is directly mocking Apple in its latest advertisement for the new Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1. The commercial, posted to Samsung’s YouTube page, is a clear parody of Apple’s Pencil ad for the iPad Air that has been airing on TV since Apple debuted it for the introduction of the new tablet in October of last year. Another ad for the Galaxy Note 3 (below) takes on the iPhone’s small screen size. Read more

Amazon’s newest Kindle Fire commercial mocks Apple’s iPad, Jony Ive

Amazon’s never shied away from quietly mocking Apple’s iPad and that’s why this new Kindle Fire HDX and its distinctly British voice has us laughing. Calling it the “magical new iPad Air” in proper British tongue, this new commercial discovered via YouTube is offset with the American accented intro of the 8.9″ Kindle Fire HDX.

Motorola’s first Moto G commercial hits YouTube

The Moto G news train continues this morning with the very first commercial already hitting YouTube showing off the customizable backs, display, processor, and Android 4.3 with “guaranteed upgrade.” In total, the sixty-second spot doesn’t show us a whole lot we don’t already know and only mentions “exceptional price” without mentioning the actual dollar amount.

Verizon and Motorola hit the streets to hand out new Droid Razrs

It’s Droid Razr launch day today and in addition to a price tag of $111.11 ($11?) for today only on Amazon, Motorola also gave us a look into the engineering behind the device’s 0.28 inch “impossibly thin” design, and now Verizon is hitting the streets to hand out free Droid Razrs to probably the last remaining original Razr owners. Yesterday Verizon launched their ‘Payload’ commercial for the Razr where they continued with their typically masculine ad style in an ad appearing more like a Hollywood action movie trailer than the usual iPhone commercial clone.
