Similar to another company that I’ve been rather critical of recently, Asus has a tendency to release a lot of different phones throughout the year. So far in 2017 we’ve already seen the likes of the ZenFone AR and ZenFone 3 Zoom, and today the company announced six new entires for its ZenFone 4 lineup.

Earlier today, Asus quietly launched the ZenFone 4 Selfie in France – a new mid-ranger from the company that offers an impressive 20MP + 8MP dual front-facing camera setup. Asus is expected to release another entry into its Zen/fone line later this month with the Asus ZenFone 4, and a new report supposedly reveals many of the phone’s specifications and its design.

Update: Asus has now officially announced Verizon availability and also says that the unlocked ZenFone AR will be available in two variants: 6GB RAM and 64GB storage for MSRP $599 and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for MSRP $699.

We already know that ASUS has a smartphone or two planned for CES this week, but now — just a couple days before its scheduled press event — the Taiwanese company has come out with a tweet suggesting that at least one device will be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 835.
