OnePlus officially took the wraps off of its second flagship smartphone of the year: the OnePlus 5T. While the company did introduce a larger 18:9 aspect ratio display and small improvements to the dual-camera setup, the internals and overall design didn’t change.

Do you think there are enough reasons for OnePlus to have released the 5T just five months after it started shipping the 5?

The OnePlus 5T has gone official with its main new feature being its large 6-inch 18:9 1080p display. While this change doesn’t really increase the overall footprint of the handset over the 5, it did force the company to move the fingerprint sensor to the back of the device and stick to on-screen software navigation buttons. OnePlus 5: OxygenOS 4.5.7 update pulled due to gaming performance issues

OnePlus started pushing out a new software update to the OnePlus 5 earlier this week, but unfortunately, it looks like that update is causing some problems for a number of people. Numerous OP5 owners reported gaming performance issues after downloading and installing the latest upgrade to OxygenOS 4.5.7, and as such, OnePlus has halted the new software’s rollout.
