The latest updates for the Moto Z3, Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus are now bringing the February security patch to devices in the United States.
After weeks of leaks, the Moto G7 family has finally taken a step from behind the curtain into the spotlight with a four device lineup that includes the Moto G7, Moto G7 Play, Moto G7 Plus and Moto G7 Power.
We’ve already had more than a glimpse of the Moto G7 thanks to a series of leaks and even Motorola dropping the ball on their own Brazilian website. Now, thanks to leaked real-life images, the Moto G7 Plus has been unearthed.
The Motorola Moto G7 has appeared numerous times over the past few weeks, with even Motorola themselves slipping up and basically unveiling the lineup on the official Motorola Brazil website. With only a few days left before an official unveiling, we’re actually surprised that it has taken this long for real-life Moto G7 images to appear.

Motorola reinvented the cheap Android smartphone when it launched the original Moto G family back in 2013. Now, several years later, the company still sees success from that line. We’ve seen quite a few leaks of the Moto G7 already, but just yesterday Motorola’s own website detailed the entire family in full, including a detailed spec sheet.
Last month, we saw Android Pie head to the Moto G6 Plus, but were disappointed that the two other devices in the G6 series were left wanting. It appears that Motorola are now gearing up for an Android Pie roll-out for the Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play.

With the help of mods, the Motorola Moto Z3 will be one of the very first 5G connected handsets. And all-in-all it’s actually a decent phone despite the snap-on mods feeling a little half-baked at times.

The ever-popular Motorola G series has slowly become one of the best options for anyone looking for a new Android phone whilst having serious budget constraints. The Motorola G7 series looks to be no different now that we’ve had yet another glimpse of the device thanks to leaked renders and proposed European pricing just weeks ahead of a potential official launch at MWC 2019.
For the past couple of years, Motorola has become less and less of a big name in mobile phones, but that wasn’t always the case. Before smartphones were widely available, Motorola was one of the biggest names thanks to its popular RAZR lineup. According to a new report, that brand is coming back with a new foldable RAZR smartphone.
A flurry of leaks of the mid-range Motorola P40 have allegedly uncovered a great deal about the successor to the Chinese-exclusive Motorola P30. The Motorola P40 looks set to be the first device from the Lenovo-owned brand to feature a punch-hole notch in the upper left corner of the display, which looks set to differentiate it from the upcoming Motorola G7.
Motorola’s yearly Z Play device has proven to be a successful collection for the company, and for 2019 it seems we’re getting another release with the Moto Z4 Play. Thanks to a well-known leaker, we’re getting an early first look at what the company has in store.
I wasn’t massively impressed with the Moto Z3 Play, it wasn’t exactly a fully realized device in my opinion. That said, it had some great camera controls and a nice clean camera experience. The most recent Motorola camera updates have added a slew of new features including a brand new selfie portrait mode — which is available for all Moto devices — AR Stickers for the Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play alongside new image watermarking features.

One of the many things that could be improved on by modern devices is battery life. We strive for smaller and smaller phones which leaves less room for the battery. According to a newly uncovered FCC listing, Motorola is taking smartphone development in the opposite direction with its upcoming Moto G7 Power.
Originally spotted by Droid Life, the Moto G7 Play has essentially fully leaked courtesy of the FCC. The traditionally super-sized Moto G model includes that trademark Moto look and feel and comes in two colors, black and silver-blue. The bad news for the notch-fearing is that the Moto G7 Play looks set to feature a substantial display cutout.

The Moto Z3 Play could be considered a great phone. It has an improved design, an exceptional software experience, solid build, and the ability to increase functionality with the Moto Mod system. However, the phone becomes more of an issue when you see just what other devices are achieving at the same price point, making the Moto Z3 much harder to recommend.

Motorola has gone through a shift in priorities since being taken over by Lenovo, but that hasn’t stopped their popular budget lines from getting steady improvements before, during, and after this transition process. The lynchpin of their entire budget line, the Moto E5 — Standard, Play and Plus — play a pivotal role in the Android ecosystem thanks, in part, to their sheer affordability…
After three years of Moto Mods, Motorola is understandably ramping things down in that arena. Now, that crazy slide-out physical keyboard from the Moto Z is getting canned before shipping a single unit…
Motorola’s smartphone lineup hasn’t evolved too much over the past few years, but recent releases have finally adopted the taller aspect ratios that have become popular. Now, it seems an upcoming Motorola device will also be adopting a notch.
