We got our first look at Lenovo’s smart displays back at CES, and at I/O 2018, Google announced that the Assistant smart displays from Lenovo, LG, and JBL would be available this July. Now, B&H Photo has both sizes of Lenovo’s smart displays up for pre-order.
Android’s June security patch began rolling out to Nexus and Pixel devices yesterday which was supposed to include improved Always On Display consistency and proximity sensor behavior. Now, after installing the patch, users are reporting delayed wake-up times on the Pixel 2 XL.
Earlier this week, the tablet section mysteriously (but not surprisingly) disappeared from the official Android website. It’s back now, and its removal appears to have been a mistake.
